Lotus seeds jelly

Flour                                   100g
Sugar                                  100g
Water                                 300㏄
Sweet lotus seeds             10個
Love                                    A lot
1. Mix flour and sugar.
2. Add water to 1.
3. Pour 2 into a container.
4. Add sweet lotus seeds to 3.
5. Steam 4 with love for 6 minutes at 700w in a microwave.
6. When 5 become cold, cut into 6 pieces.

White cloud ear mushroom and Lotus fruits sweet

≪Ingredients≫serves 4
White cloud ear        1
Lotus fruits         1cup
Wolf berries          20
Honey            4tbsp
Water            500㏄
Soy milk           2cup
Love             a lot
1. Soak white cloud ear in water until tender.
2. Put lotus fruits, water and honey into a pressure pan, then heat with high flame until it boils, then law flame for 2 minutes.
3. Keep it until it becomes cold..
4. Chop 1.
5. Cook 3, 4, and honey a little.
6. Warm 5, soy milk with love on low flame.
7. Soak wolf berries with tea until tender.
8. Put 6 in bowls and 7 on top.

Lotus roots pudding

Lotus roots powder             1tbsp
Sugar                                      60g
Agar                                       2tsp
Water                                    100㏄
Soybean milk                       160㏄
Love                                       A lot
1. Mix lotus roots powder, sugar, and agar.
2. Put 1 in a pot and add water, then place on the fire.
3. When 2 melt well, add soybean milk and love until it becomes thick.
4. Pour 3 in bowls and put them in a refrigerator.
5. After 1hour put dried papaya and raisins on top and serve.

Black sugar buns

≪Ingredients≫12 pieces
Flour                                              200g
Black sugar                                  80g
Baking powder                            5g
Hot water                                    100cc
Red bean paste                           240g
Love                                             A lot
1. Melt the black sugar in hot water ,
2. Mix flour and baking powder.
3. Mix 1, 2 well and add love to it.
4. Divide 3 into 12 pieces.
5. Divide the red bean paste into 12 pieces.
6. Wrap 5 with 4.
7. Steam 6 over a medium flame for 10 minutes.
8. You can decorate with a rabbit template as shown above.

Soy milk yogurt with dried persimmon

≪Ingredients≫ serves 2
Dried persimmons                     2
Soy bean yogurt                          6tbsp
Soy bean powder                        4tbsp
Brown syrup                                1tbsp
Love                                               a lot
1. Thin slice soft dried persimmons.
2. Mix soy bean yogurt, soy bean powder, 1, with love well.
3. Pour brown syrup and serve.
