Paprika sushi

≪Ingredients≫ serves 6

Rice                                   2C

Broth                                2C

Cooking wine                   1tbsp

Salt                                   a little

Love                                 a lot

(Sushi vinegar)

Vinegar                             75cc

Sugar                                3tbsp

Salt                                   2tsp

Paprika (3colors)              1 of each

White soy sauce                            3tbsp

Broth                                3tbsp



  1. Wash and soak rice in water for 1 and a half hour before cooking.
  2. Add broth, cooking wine, and salt and cook.
  3. When it is ready, put sushi vinegar and wait until it becomes cold.
  4. Cut paprika and remove seeds. Then boil until it is tender.
  5. Put 4 into cold water and skin off.
  6. Cut 4 as shown in the picture above.
  7. Boil 6 with white soy sauce and broth and wait until it becomes cool.
  8. Make rice balls from 3 and put 7 on it.

Shrimp with chili sauce in Japanese style

≪Ingredients≫ serves 2

Shrimps                                          6

Cooking wine                   1tbsp

Salt                                   a little

Potato flour                      3tbsp

Rice oil                              50cc

(Shrimp Sauce)

Chill paste                        a little

Miso                                  1/4tsp

Cooking wine                   1/2tbsp

Soy sauce                          1/2tbsp

Salt                                   a little

Sugar                                1/2tbsp

Leek                                  1

Ginger                              10g

Sesame oil                        2tbsp

Broth                                25cc

Love                                  a lot


  1. Remove skin and vein of shrimp except head and tail
  2. Put cooking wine and salt on 1 for 20min.
  3. Coat 2 with potato flour and bake it with rice oil.
  4. When shrimps become red, remove them.
  5. Stir-fry chopped leek and ginger with sesame oil.
  6. Mix all seasonings (broth, chili paste, miso, soy sauce, salt, sugar, and love) and put it in a frying pan.
  7. When 5 becomes warm, back 4 into a frying pan
  8. Finally, put sesame oil on 7

Soybean powder dumplings



Glutinous rice flour                       40g

Non-glutinous rice flour                60g

Sugar                                            70g

Cinnamon powder                          1tbso

So bean powder                            40g

Water                                              60g

Tofu                                                 150g

Love                                                A lot


  1. Mix the glutinous rice flour and water well.
  2. Add tofu and love to 1.
  3. Add sugar and non-glutinous rice flour to 2.
  4. Wrap 3 and put it into a microwave.
  5. Heat at 600w for 2min. Then mix well and heat again at 600w for another minute and mix well again.
  6. Make into a rice cake.
  7. Make 6 into long dumplings.
  8. Mix sugar, cinnamon powder and soybean powder.
  9. Cover 7 with 8 and serve.

rice balls with shrimp


Shrimp                                          5

Cooking wine                                 1tbsp

Salt                                              1tbsp

Soy sauce                                        1tsp

Flour                                               1tsp

Potato flour                                   2tsp

Rice                                                 2C

Seaweed                                          2

Rice oil                                            30cc

Love                                                a lot


  1. Cook rice in the usual mode.
  2. Cut off shrimp’s heads and remove the shells, then cut into halves lengthwise.
  3. Add the salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, flour, and potato flour to 2
  4. Deep- fry 3 with rice oil.
  5. Make rice balls with 4
  6. Wrap seaweed around the rice balls.






Grilled Chicken wings

≪Ingredients≫(makes 10)

Chicken wings                 10

Soy sauce                          2tbsp

Cooking wine                   1tbsp

Mirin                                1tbsp

Honey                               1tbsp

Rice oil                              100cc

Sesame                             2tbsp

Pepper                              1tsp

Love                                  A lot


  1. Make some cuts on the skin side of the chicken wings.
  2. Wipe liquid from 1.
  3. Deep- fry 2 with rice oil.
  4. Soak 3 into a sauce, made by mixing soy sauce, cooking wine, mirin, honey, and love for a minutes.
  5. Remove chicken wings from sauce, put pepper and sesame on them and serve.
