Mix black beans and Mozzarella cheese

≪Ingredients≫serves 4
Mozzarella cheese                               1 pack
Cooked black beans                            100g
Tomato                                                  2
Leek                                                        1
Sesame oil                                              1 tbsp
Salt                                                           1 tsp
Love                                                          a lot
1. Cut Mozzarella cheese an tomatoes into bite-size pieces
2. Chop leek.
3. Mix 1, 2,salt,sesame oil, and love.

Black sugar Japanese steamed cake

Flour                                      100g
White sugar                            20g
Black sugar                             80g
Water                                    300㏄
Love                                          a lot
1. Melt black sugar with 100cc hot water.
2. Sieve flour and white sugar.
3. Mix 1,2, 200cc water, and love.
4. Steam 3 in a microwave and heat for 8 min. at 700w.
5. Cut 6 pieces of 4 and serve.

Stir-fried bamboo shoot and pickled mustard plant

≪Ingredients≫serves 4
Bamboo shoot                        100g
Pickled mustard plant             1/2個
Sesame oil                               1tbsp
Soy sauce                                 1/2tsp
Sugar                                        1/2tsp
Grilled sesame                           1tbsp
Love                                          a lot
1. Boil bamboo shoot with hot pepper and rice bran.
2. Thin slice 1
3. Cut pickled mustard plant into fine stripes
4. Stir-fry 2 and 3 with sesame oil.
5. Put soy sauce, sugar, and love into 4.
6. Put 5 into bowls.
7. Put grilled sesame on 6 and serve.

Cooked tofu residue with Sakura

≪Ingredients≫ serves 4

Tofu residue                                    200g

Spring onions                                 3

Sweet potato                                   60g

Fried tofu                                       1

Dried shiitake mushrooms            2

Salted Sakura leaves                     3

Salted Sakura flowers                   5

Salmon flakes                                3tbsp

Japanese wine                                1tbsp

White soy sauce                             2tbsp

Shiitake broth                                300㏄

Broth                                              200㏄

Sesame oil                                      1tbsp

Love                                                a lot


  1. Cut sweet potato, shiitake mushroom, and fried tofu into 1cm cube.
  2. Chopped spring onions.
  3. Fried 1and 2 with sesame oil.
  4. Add tofu refuse to 3 and fry then pour broth.
  5. Add shopped Sakura leaves, salmon flakes, Japanese cooking wine, white soy sauce to 4 and cook.
  6. When sweet potato becomes soft, turn off the heat/
  7. Add chopped Sakura flowers, chopped spring onion, and love to 6

Flakes of Sakura flower  1 tsp

Sakura liquor                   1 tsp

Salted cherry blossoms    8

Love                                  a lot


  1. Mix flour and sugar.
  2. Soak salted cherry blossoms in water.
  3. Put water into 1 and mix well.
  4. Add flakes of sakura flower and sakura liquor and love to 3.
  5. Pour 4 into a heat resistant container.
  6. Put 2 on 5.
  7. Steam 6 in a microwave and heat for 8min. at 700W.
  8. Cut 6 pieces of 7 and serve.
