Mix chicken breath and yoghurt

≪Ingredients≫serves 2
Chicken breath                                                 250g
Salt                                                                    1tbsp
Yoghurt                                                            4tbsp
Chopped onion                                                2tbsp
Lemon juice                                                      1/2tbsp
Curry powder                                                   1tbsp
Fresh vegetables                                                a lot
Love a lot
≪Preparation≫
1. Cut chicken breath into bite-size pieces.
2. Put salt on 1 and rub it well and wait for 10min.
3. Steam 2 for 10min.
4. Mix yoghurt, chopped onion, lemon juice, curry powder, and love.
5. Mix 3 and 4.
6. Put 5 on the fresh vegetables and serve.( see the picture above)
*How to soft chicken breath: Pierce the meat a lot and put it in the vinyl bag and put 50cc water, 1tsp of salt and sugar in it. Then rub 100 times and wait for 1day in a refrigerator.

Lotus and Chinese chives dumpling

≪Ingredients≫ serves 4
Lotus                                             130g
Chinese chives                               5
Egg white                                     1
Lemon salt                                  1tsp
Flour                                             3tbsp
Love                                              a lot
≪Preparation≫
1. Grate lotus roots
2. Chop Chinese chives
3. Mix 1, 2, egg white, lemon salt. Flour, and love.
4. Make 8 balls of 3
5. Bake 4 with sesame oil.

Japanese tomato steamed cake

≪Ingredients≫6pieces
Tomato juice                                      150㏄
Water                                                   150㏄
Flour                                                    100㏄
Sugar                                                   100㏄
Tomatoes                                            2
Tomato leaves                                   6
Love                                                    a lot
≪Preparation≫
1. Sieve flour and sugar.
2. Add water, tomato juice, and love to 1.
3. Pour 2 into a container.
4. Put thin sliced tomato on 3.
5. Steam 4 in a microwave for 8 min. at 700w.
6. Cut 6 pieces of 5 and serve.

Sakura soup

≪Ingredients≫serves 2
Broth                                                        300cc
Brassica flower                                     4pieces
Salty cherry- blossoms                        2
Cooking wine                                        1tbsp
White soy sauce                            1/2tsp
Love                                                        a lot
≪Preparation≫
1. Warm the broth.
2. Put the cooking wine, white soy sauce, salty cherry- blossoms, and love into 1.
3. Boil the brassica flowers.
4. Put 3 into soup bowls and pour 2 on it.
