≪Ingredients≫ serves 5

Spring rolls sheet             5 sheets

Minced pork                     250g

Sesame oil                        1tbsp

Welsh onion                      4 pieces

Cloud ear mushroom       2

Miso                                  2tbsp

Sugar                                1tbsp

Soy sauce                          1tbsp

Mirin                                1tbsp

Potato flour                      2tbsp

Water                                2tbsp

Love                                  a lot

≪Preparation≫

  1. Soak the cloud ear mushrooms in water until tender.
  2. Stir-fry the minced pork, chopped welsh onion, chopped cloud ear mushrooms, and love with seasoning.
  3. Make the spring roll sheets into helmet shapes.
  4. Put 2 into 3.
  5. Deep fry 4.
