Deep fried dried tofu

≪Ingredients≫ serves 2

Dried tofu                                2 pieces

Cooking wine                          1/2tbsp

Soy sauce                                 2.5tbsp

Garlic soy sauce                      1/2tbsp

Mirin                                       1/2tbsp

Sugar                                       1/4tsp

Ginger                                     5g

Broth                                       50cc

Potato flour                             3tbsp

Love                                         a lot


Spring onion                           1

Petit tomato                            4

Soy sauce                                 1/2tbsp

Vinegar                                    1/2tbsp

Love                                         A lot

Salt                                          a little


  1. Soak the 2 pieces of dried tofu in warm water for 5 min.
  2. Cut each piece into 6 pieces.
  3. Grate ginger.
  4. Add cooking wine, soy sauce, garlic soy sauce, mirin, sugar, broth, 3, and love to 2 for 20 min.
  5. Coat 4 with potato flour and deep fry.
  6. Chop spring onion and cut 8 pieces of petit tomatoes.
  7. Mix vinegar, soy sauce, salt with 6.
  8. Pour 7 on 5 and serve.

Lotus root soup

≪Ingredients≫ serves 2

Broth                  300cc

Lotus root           100g

Cooking wine     小2

Mirin                  小2

Salt                     a little

Wolf berries        20

Love                   a lot


  1. Make broth with kelp and bonito.
  2. Grate half of lotus root and thin slice half.
  3. Warm 1 and add 2.
  4. Add seasoning and love to 3
  5. Pour 4 into bowls, add wolfberries and serve.

Steamed apple cake

≪Ingredients≫ 8 pieces

Apple                                1/2個

Raisin                               25g

Medium strength flour    150g

Baking powder                 2 tsp

Mache                               2tsp

Salt                                   a little

Milk                                  150cc

Rapeseed oil                     15g

Sugar                                85g

Love                                  a lot


  1. Cut apple into 1cm cubes big.
  2. Shift flour, baking powder. Mache, and salt.
  3. Mix milk, rapeseed oil, and sugar.
  4. Mix 2, 3, and love, then add 1 and raisin.
  5. Pour 4 into the pudding cups and steam them for 20min.

Paprika sushi

≪Ingredients≫ serves 6

Rice                                   2C

Broth                                2C

Cooking wine                   1tbsp

Salt                                   a little

Love                                 a lot

(Sushi vinegar)

Vinegar                             75cc

Sugar                                3tbsp

Salt                                   2tsp

Paprika (3colors)              1 of each

White soy sauce                            3tbsp

Broth                                3tbsp



  1. Wash and soak rice in water for 1 and a half hour before cooking.
  2. Add broth, cooking wine, and salt and cook.
  3. When it is ready, put sushi vinegar and wait until it becomes cold.
  4. Cut paprika and remove seeds. Then boil until it is tender.
  5. Put 4 into cold water and skin off.
  6. Cut 4 as shown in the picture above.
  7. Boil 6 with white soy sauce and broth and wait until it becomes cool.
  8. Make rice balls from 3 and put 7 on it.

Shrimp with chili sauce in Japanese style

≪Ingredients≫ serves 2

Shrimps                                          6

Cooking wine                   1tbsp

Salt                                   a little

Potato flour                      3tbsp

Rice oil                              50cc

(Shrimp Sauce)

Chill paste                        a little

Miso                                  1/4tsp

Cooking wine                   1/2tbsp

Soy sauce                          1/2tbsp

Salt                                   a little

Sugar                                1/2tbsp

Leek                                  1

Ginger                              10g

Sesame oil                        2tbsp

Broth                                25cc

Love                                  a lot


  1. Remove skin and vein of shrimp except head and tail
  2. Put cooking wine and salt on 1 for 20min.
  3. Coat 2 with potato flour and bake it with rice oil.
  4. When shrimps become red, remove them.
  5. Stir-fry chopped leek and ginger with sesame oil.
  6. Mix all seasonings (broth, chili paste, miso, soy sauce, salt, sugar, and love) and put it in a frying pan.
  7. When 5 becomes warm, back 4 into a frying pan
  8. Finally, put sesame oil on 7
