Cooked berry pork


Berry pork                                      600~700g

  1. Grill every side of berry pork on the frying pan with oil.
  2. Put water that has been used to wash rice in the pressure cooker and heat.
  3. Put 1 into 2. After boiling, simmer it for 5 min. on law heat.
  4. When the pressure decreases, take meat out and wash it to remove oil.
  5. Cut 4 into 3cm. Put it in the pot with leek, seasoning, and love then simmer for 10 min.
  6. Take out leek from the pot then simmer for 20min.

Beef Udon

≪Ingredients≫serves 2

Frozen Udon                    2

Broth                                1000cc

Mirin                                2tbsp

Coking wine                     2tbsp

White soy sauce               2tbsp

Soy sauce                          2tbsp

Salt                                   1.5tsp

Spring onion                     2tbsp

Fish paste                         4pieces

Love                                  a lot


Cooked beef

Beef                                   300g

Water                                100cc

Cooking wine                   2tbsp

Sugar                                2tbsp

Soy sauce                          2tbsp

Ginger                              1piece

  1. Cut beef into a bite- size and slice ginger.
  2. Put 1, water, cooking wine, sugar, soy sauce, and love into a pot.
  3. Boil 2 until soup becomes condensed.
  4. Put frozen noodle into hot water to be soft.
  5. Put all seasonings, 4 and love into the broth.
  6. Put 5 into noodle bowls then add chopped spring onion and fish paste on it then serve.



Stir-fried Udon

≪Ingredients≫ serves2

Frozen udon                                   2

Chinese cabbage                            2 leaves

Carrot                                             1/2

Thin sliced pork                             100g

Thin sliced bonito                          2tbsp

Cooking wine                                 2tbsp

Mirin                                              2tbsp

Soy sauce                                        4tbsp

Salt                                                 1/2tsp

Sesame oil                                      1tbsp

Green laver                                    1tbsp

Red ginger                                      1tbsp

Love                                                a lot


  1. Put frozen udon into hot water to be soft.
  2. Chop Chinese cabbage and carrots and cut pork into a bite-size.
  3. Put sesame oil on the frying pan then stir-fry pork.
  4. Add Chinese cabbage to 3
  5. Put carrot into a micro wave to be tender. Then add it to 4.
  6. When the vegetable is soft, put seasoning and love.
  7. Add 1 to 6.
  8. Put 7 on the plate then put green laver and red ginger then serve.




Grilled chicken with Japanese pepper

≪Ingredients≫ serves 2

Chicken thigh                                1

Salt                                                 1/2tbsp

Japanese pepper powder               1tbsp

Peas                                                3

Love                                                a lot


  1. Make holes with fork on the chicken skin.
  2. Put salt around 1.
  3. Remove water from 2 and sprinkle Japanese pepper.
  4. Bake 3 at 200 ℃ for 20 min on the side with skin and for 5min on the side without skin.

Potherb mustard                            1p/c

Leek                                  1本

Salt lemon                        1/2tsp

Soy sauce                          1/2tsp

Sesame oil                        1/2tsp

  1. Cut potherb mustard into 2 cm length
  2. Cut leeks into thin diagonal.
  3. Mix salt lemon. Soy sauce, sesame oil, and love.
  4. Add 1 and 2 to 3
