Burdock                               2

Pickled Vinegar                   100cc

Bay Leaf                               2

Skin of Red onion              4

Love                                       a lot

≪How to cook≫

1.Clean Burdock well (Don’t peel skin)

2. Thin slice 1 and put them in the hot water for 20 min.

3. Pickled 2 in the Pickled vinegar with Bay leaves, Skins of red onion and a lot Love.

4. You can eat it 1 day after. A few days later color changed into beautiful Pink.
