Heart-shaped Japanese jelly

≪Ingredients≫serves 6

White Jelly

Flour      100g

Sugar      100g

Water      300cc

Love      A lot

 

Strawberry Jelly

Flour      100g

Sugar      100g

Water       300cc

Strawberry powder    1.5tbsp

Love       A lot

 

≪Preparation≫

  1. Mix flour, sugar, water, and Love, for each jelly (and strawberry powder for strawberry jelly) well.
  2. Put 1 into heat-resistant containers and heat them at 700w for 10min.
  3. Put2 into the refrigerator until it cools.
  4. Cut 3 into 6 pieces of each color..
  5. Cut out a heart shape from each jelly.
  6. Reinsert the heart shapes into the opposite colored jelly pieces.
