≪Ingredients≫ serves 6

Tinned crab                      1tin

Kidney beans                   4 tbsp

Peas                                  1tin

Salt                                   A little

Pepper                              A little

Agar                                45g

Broth                                600 cc

White soy sauce               1tsp

 

Mirin                                1tsp

Salt                                   1/4 tsp

Love                                  A lot

≪Preparation≫

  1. Warm the broth, add seasoning, and then mix well.
  2. Turn down the heat and add agar and love to 1.
  3. Put the crab, kidney beans, and peas into a container.
  4. Put 2 into 3 and then and they make jelly by cooling it.
  5. Cut 4 into 6pieces.
