Scone made with Sake lees

20017.1酒粕スコーン

≪Ingredients ≫12pieces

Sake lees                          40g

Sugar                                15g

Milk                                  50cc

Egg (Medium size)           1

Flour                                 220g

Baking powder                 5g

Butter                               40g

Mascarpone cheese

Sweet red beans

Love                                  A lot

 

≪Preparation≫

  1. Mix the Sake lees, sugar, and egg well.
  2. Mix the flour and baking powder well
  3. Add butter to 2
  4. Mix 1, 3, and love and roll out a little.
  5. Cut scones out of 4 with a scone cutter.
  6. Bake 5 for 20 min. in a 200℃
  7. Serve the scones with mascarpone cheese and sweet red beans
