Sardine spring roll

2017.1 イワシ春巻き

≪Ingredients≫ serves 2

Spring roll sheet               2pieces

Soft dried sardine            2

Cream cheese                   1pack

Lemon soy sauce                            to taste

Love                                  a lot

 

 

≪Preparation≫

  1. If you wish remove the heads from the sardines you remove it.
  2. Put 1, cream cheese, and love on a spring roll sheet and roll.
  3. Put mixture of flour and water like glue at the end of the roll to seal it.
  4. Deep- fry 3 in a frying pan.
  5. Cut 4 into 2pieces with kitchen scissors.
  6. When you eat it, dip in lemon soy sauce.
