Ladyfinger soup

 

≪Ingredients≫(serves 2)

Ladyfingers                      2

Seaweed                         2tbsp

Bonito                             300cc

Horseradish                      1tsp

Salt                                   a little

Love                                  a lot

 

≪Preparation≫

  1. Cut the ladyfingers into bite-size pieces.
  2. Soak the seaweed in water and cut into bite-size pieces.
  3. Heat the broth and add 1 and 2 to it.
  4. Add the horseradish and love to 3.
  5. Add salt to 4 as necessary.
