Boiled eggplants with minced chicken
≪Ingredients≫ （serves 4）
Minced chicken 70ｇ
Water 150 cc
Ginger 1 piece (1/2 thumb –size)
Sugar 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Gochujang ( Korean red chili paste) 1/2tsp
Sesame oil 1tbsp
Potato starch 1/2 tbsp
Water 1 tbsp
Love a lot
- Cut the egg plants into bite-size pieces and put them into 50℃ hot water.
- Put the sesame oil and 1 into a frying pan and stir a little.
- Add water, grated ginger, sugar, and gochujang to 2 and cook at medium heat.
- When the egg plants become soft, add water and potato starch。
