Boiled eggplants with minced chicken

2016.6 なすのトロトロ煮

≪Ingredients≫ (serves 4)

Eggplants                         2

Minced chicken                70g

Water                                150 cc

Ginger                              1 piece (1/2 thumb –size)

Sugar                                2 tbsp

Soy sauce                          2 tbsp

Gochujang ( Korean red chili paste)           1/2tsp

Sesame oil                        1tbsp

Potato starch                    1/2 tbsp

Water                                1 tbsp

Love                                  a lot

≪Preparation≫

  1. Cut the egg plants into bite-size pieces and put them into 50℃ hot water.
  2. Put the sesame oil and 1 into a frying pan and stir a little.
  3. Add water, grated ginger, sugar, and gochujang to 2 and cook at medium heat.
  4. When the egg plants become soft, add water and potato starch。
