Tea Pork

≪Ingredients (serves 5~6)≫

Berry pork                                      800g

English tea                                     160cc

Leek                                                1

Dressing

Soy Sauce                                       1/2cup

Garlic soy sauce                             1/2cup

Red wine                                         11/2cup

Chopped ginger                                           1tbsp

Chopped garlic                               1tbsp

Love                                                a lot

≪Preparation≫

  1. Put the pork in a pressure cooker and pour tea over it till it just covers it.
  2. Heat 1, and when the pressure reaches a high level, turn down the heat and continue cooking at low heat for 3min.Then leave the meat in the cooker until the pressure goes down completely. ( If you don’t use a pressure cooker, boil it for 40min. with a small lid which is placed directly on the food)
  3. Add grated ginger and garlic to the soy sauce, garlic soy sauce, red wine and love.
  4. Put the meat from 2 into 3.
  5. After 1 hour, slice 4
  6. Sprinkle chopped leeks on 5 and pat it down with your fingers to make the seasoning soak in.
