Setsubun miso soup

They say Setsubun is the begging of spring in Japan. People eat miso soup with a lot of vegetables

Ingredients

  • 300 cc Broth(Kelp・bonito)
  • all you want Beans(tofu・fried tofu・wheat bran・rice cake・dumpling・noodle・・・)
  • all you want Seasonal vegetable
  • all you want Potatoes (sweet potato・taro・konnyaku)
  • all you want Mushroom(shiitake・shimeji・enoki)
  • all you want Seaweeds
  • 2 tbsp Miso
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Make broth
  • Take all you want of only one kind from each ingredient group
  • Put 2 and love into 1
  • After cooking 3 until tender, add miso.
