Turnip                 1

Carrot                 100g

Salt                     1tsp

Deep fried bean curd                     1piece

Yuzu juice           1tbsp

Rice vinegar       3tbsp

Mirin                  4tbsp

Salt malted rice 2tbsp

Honey                 2tsp

Love                    A lot

<Preparation>

  1. Cut a turnip into 1/6 then slice it.
  2. Chop a carrot
  3. Put salt on 1 and 2.
  4. Put deep fried bean curd into 50-degree hot water.
  5. Chop 4
  6. Mix Yuzu juice, rice vinegar, salt malted rice, honey, and a lot of love.
  7. Squeeze 3
  8. Put 5 and 7 in 6
