Ball shaped chestnuts paste

This is one of New Year's dishes. It is really sweet like dessert.

Ingredients

  • 250 g Sweet potato
  • 10 Sweet chestnuts
  • 5 tbsp Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • a little Salt
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Peel the sweet potatoes and put them into 50–degree hot water
  • Steam 1 for 15min.
  • Mix the syrup and the sugar and warm.
  • Mash 2
  • Chop 5 chestnuts.
  • Mix 3, 4, 5, and love and make balls.
  • Cut the other 5 sweet chestnuts into 4th.
  • Put 7 on 6.
