Rolled egg
It is one of traditional Japanese dishes. It is sweet and soft.
Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 3 half- eggshells full Water
- 1 tbsp White soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Put 1 in a pan and make scrambled eggs.
- Put 2 on a plastic film or Alminium sheet and make into a loaf.
- Wait until 3 cool.
- Cut 4 into bite- size pieces.
