Salmon with egg

Ingredients (serves 2

Salmon                             2pieces

Egg                                   1

Lemon                               2slices

Parsley                               2tbsp

Vinegar                              50cc

Mayonnaise                       2tbsp

Onion pickle                      2

 

Preparation

  1. Put the salmon and the vinegar into a microwave for 2min. (Check after 2min.)When cooked well take it out of the microwave, and let it cool.If the fish hasn’t cooked yet, put it into the microwave again for 1min more.
  2. Boil the egg and chop it, then mix it with mayonnaise.
  3. Cut the lemon into round slices and cut them in half.
  4. Chop the parsley and pickled onion.
  5. Put 4 into 2
  6. Put 5 and love on the fish
  7. Put 6 into a refrigerator
  8. Put the lemon on 7 when you eat it.
