Healthy Tofu Dish

Ingredients (for 2 people)

Tofu    1pack
Salted Konbu  15g
Stock and say sauce mixture(white)  3tbsp
Starch    1tbsp
Water   1tbsp
Love a lot

 

How to cook

  1. Cut Tofu 1/2 and put them in the pot and pour water over them till it just covered them.
  2. Put Stock and Soy sauce mixture in 1 then law heat until boiling.
  3. Mix with starch and water
  4. Put 3 in 2 and thicken the broth(your taste)
  5. Ready to Eat with a lot of love
