Shrimp                                          5

Cooking wine                                 1tbsp

Salt                                              1tbsp

Soy sauce                                        1tsp

Flour                                               1tsp

Potato flour                                   2tsp

Rice                                                 2C

Seaweed                                          2

Rice oil                                            30cc

≪Preparation≫

  1. Cook rice in the usual mode.
  2. Cut off shrimp’s heads and remove the shells, then cut into halves lengthwise.
  3. Add the salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, flour, and potato flour to 2
  4. Deep- fry 3 with rice oil.
  5. Make rice balls with 4
  6. Wrap seaweed around the rice balls.
