Sweet rice jelly made with Sake lees and green tea

≪Ingredients≫

Flour                                 100g

Sugar                                100g

Milk                                  150cc

Water                                150cc

Green tea powder             1tbsp

Sake lees                          1tbsp

Love                                  a lot

≪Preparation≫

  1. Mix the water with the sake lees.
  2. Sift flour into 1.
  3. Mix 2, sugar, green tea powder, and milk well.
  4. Put 3 into a heat-resistant container.
  5. Warm 4 for 10min. in a microwave at 700w.
  6. Cool 5, then cut it and serve.
